Yes! All features are included on every plan, including the Free Pro plan. There’s no catch. Each plan simply has limits on the number of responses and emails you can send. If your needs grow beyond those limits, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

Which plan is best for individuals or small teams?

Free, Pro, and Pro Max plans all offer the same features — the difference is the limit on responses and email invitations. Choose the plan that best matches the number of responses you expect to collect. If you’re looking for a more advanced feedback management, CX, or EX solution, you may want to consider our Enterprise plan.

When should I consider the Enterprise plan?

Choose Enterprise if you need: Multi-user access & role-based permissions SSO and enterprise security controls Advanced CX or EX capabilities Higher or custom response limits Automations, workflows, and ticketing Integrations or API access Dedicated account management Enterprise is ideal for organizations running CX/EX programs or large-scale feedback initiatives.

Do individuals get access to CX, EX, or ticketing features?

No. Enterprise is recommended when organizations require multi-user governance or large-scale program management.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Free plan or Trial?

No. Signup for Free or Trial requires no payment information.

What happens when my Trial ends?

How do response limits, project limits, and email limits work?

Projects reflect how many surveys you can run. Response and email limits apply as per month or year based on the payment frequency. Email limits count both survey invitations and reminders.

What happens if I exceed my response or email limits?

You’ll receive notifications before hitting your limits. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or request custom limits through our sales team.

Is pricing based on the number of users?

Individual plans are single-user accounts. Enterprise plans support multiple users with role-based permissions, and pricing adjusts based on team size.

What CX, EX, and ticketing capabilities are included in the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise includes customer journeys, case/ticket management, employee lifecycle analytics, HR/CRM integrations, automations, and advanced dashboards.

Are Managed Services included in the Enterprise plan?

Managed Services are optional add-ons. Enterprise clients often combine them with platform access for large-scale programs.
