Contact Statuses

An email address in the list will be assigned one of the following status options:

Active Verified
This status indicates email sent to this address from the platform has been:

  • Read
  • Partially completed/participated
  • Completed

Active Unverified
This status indicates email sent to this address has not been read.

Bounced-Hard
This status indicates recent email sent to this address from the platform has been bounced back [not delivered] due to any of the following reasons:

  • Unknown host
  • Unknown user
  • Relay problem
  • Any other technical problem

Bounced-Soft
This status indicates recent email sent to this address has been bounced back [not delivered] due to a full recipient mailbox.

Unsubscribed
This status indicates the owner of this address has opted out from future emails from this account.
