Exporting your survey data allows you to analyze responses efficiently and leverage insights across multiple platforms. Depending on your needs, you can export raw data in Excel for offline analysis or choose from formats like SPSS, XML, CSV, JSON, or Sogolytics1 for deeper analysis using third-party software.
Additionally, if you need to re-import responses into our platform for further reporting, the Sogolytics1 format enables seamless data reintegration, unlocking a variety of powerful reporting options under the Report tab.
To enhance your data export experience, we’ve introduced the Download Manager. It’s a streamlined way to manage your exported files. Once you complete the data preparation and click ‘Export’, your file will be saved in the Download Manager, conveniently located next to the Resource Hub in the top-right corner. This feature allows you to access your exported files anytime, eliminating the need to reprepare your data if unnecessary.
