Exclude Response From Reports

Imagine that you chose to distribute a project publicly. In reviewing results, you notice from a demographic question that the same participant completed it multiple times. This will skew your results, so you want to remove the duplicate response from analysis but not discard it completely. In a situation like this, you may choose to exclude responses from your reports.

To Exclude a response, please follow steps listed below:

  1. Select your project and click on Report.
  2. On the Report menu bar, click on Raw Data and select Individual.
  3. Follow the wizard to generate the report.
  4. Navigate to the response to be excluded.
  5. In the selected Individual Report, click on ‘Exclude from reports’.

You can also exclude a response by opening an Individual Response from Track or Response Table Report. To re-include the excluded response click on “Include in reports” button which will be visible once you hve excluded the response.
