Sogolytics 17.0: Freedom and Flexibility

Are you ready!?!? We’ve been teasing you for weeks about Sogolytics’s 17.0 release and it’s finally here! I’m super excited and can’t wait to share a few of my favorite updates.

Freedom

This release is all about being free and flexible — but what does that mean for you?

With expanded opportunities to update logic while you build and make updates to live surveys, you can change your mind. This provides more flexibility to move questions and delete rules as you review and revise your projects. You’ll even have access to make edits to expired surveys, improving future projects by expanding your Answer Library, Question Bank, and Visual Settings themes.

Intuitive Efficiency

Sogolytics is more intuitive and attractive than ever, with improved navigation, engaging visuals, and improved survey downloads to make your work look better than ever. Plus, while we know that quality is more important than speed, you can have both: From Single Sign-On to QR codes and from an enhanced Survey Bank to more detailed tracking, we make it easier to be faster, without sacrificing quality.

Every report tells a story, and our improved analytics provide the tools you need to add depth and clarity. If you’re focused on customer metrics like NPS, a few quick clicks will show you the trends in your customer loyalty over time. Plus, we’ve expanded segmentation within the Omni Report so you can apply it directly to grid questions — making it a one stop shop for all your presentation needs. Looking for new visuals to present comparisons more clearly? Now you can, with our new Line Graph option in the Comparison Report.

Once you have taken advantage of our new data visualization options across multiple reports, send saved reports from multiple surveys. Easily share real-time responses with your team and track how often reports are viewed.

Assessing Success

Pop quiz: Do your test-takers want to know how they scored? Of course! We’ve expanded the Results Page with options to display a graph of scores by category as well as the chance to download and print the Results Page itself — the perfect score confirmation.

Within the Individual Report, you can now include a graph of scores by category, and even allow your participants to see how they scored against everyone else by including the average category scores.
