Manage Directory

Managing your directory becomes simpler with the help of following Directory Options:

Column Options


Located in the top right-hand corner, next to the Filter option, the Column Options allow you to customize the view of your Directory according to your preferences.
 
You can:

  • select the columns that should be displayed in your Directory.
  • pin the column which you feel is the most important.
  • rearrange the columns according to your preferences.
  •  

    Export in Excel

    This option allows you to export your Directory as an Excel file.

    Group By

    This option allows you to group your data based on the fields available in your directory.

    Delete Directory

    This option allows you to delete the respective directory.
     

    Manage Fields:

    This option allows you to Add, Rename and Delete the directory fields.
    To add new fields:

    1. Go to Manage Fields.
    2. In the Manage Fields modal, select Add Fields.
    3. Enter the field name and specify its format and type, then click Save.
    4. After saving, all newly added fields will appear at the bottom of the field list.
    5. If all system-defined field types have been used, any additional fields must be added as custom fields.
